May is National Bike Month

May is National Bike Month and is celebrated across the country. It was established in 1956 and is a chance to showcase the many benefits of cycling and encourage more people to give it a try.

The benefits of cycling are vast. Some of the most prominent benefits include:

  1. Cycling is good for your heart
  2. Cycling is good for your muscles
  3. Cycling is good for your waistline
  4. Cycling is good for your longevity
  5. Cycling is good for your coordination
  6. Cycling is good for your mental health
  7. Cycling is good for your immune system
