Today, Johnson, Kendall & Johnson (“JKJ”) announced Julie Bartl’s new role as president of JKJ Benefits Inc. For the past 11 years, Julie has acted as vice president of JKJ Benefits, Inc. managing large benefits clients. As vice president of JKJ Benefits, Inc., she has been actively performing many of the presidential duties already. She has also been a key contributor in launching various initiatives that JKJ Benefits has been implementing as the company meets the challenges of the new benefits environment that we are all facing.

White, JKJ, had the privilege of presenting to members of the German American Chamber of Commerce of the South-Houston Office on “Managing Global Risk Programs” at the office of the German Consulate General in Houston, TX. Both Daniel and Bruce spoke to the key areas of difference between insuring risks in Germany and the US, the advantages and structure of global insurance programs, key areas of distinct risk for multinational companies, and JKJ&H’s unique characteristics that are specifically structured to managing the global risk of German-American companies

JKJ Saves a Life

The JKJ Risk Control Department conducts routine resident transfer drills in healthcare communities to simulate real-life situations that can be hazardous to both residents and staff.  The intent of the drills is to educate the staff about actions that can be taken to prevent injuries.

To my surprise, one of the resident transfer drills saved a life.
