Challenge:

A multi-location U.S.-based technology firm was looking to implement an online enrollment and communication system to reduce the day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the management of their employee benefits program.

  • Acted as a liaison between client and online providers and provided creative solutions to the administrative challenges we encountered as we designed these services.
  • Implemented their online enrollment and communicative system, working as their liaison with the online provider to ensure the client's expectations and needs were met.
  • Designed the employee communication campaign.
  • Performed employee meetings communicating the capabilities and features of the online capabilities.
  • Performed quality assurance of the services, reports, and online effectiveness of the online provider.

Results:

  • The client has a strong, quality-driven online enrollment and communication system that provides employees 24/7 access to manage the eligibility administration of their benefit planes.
  • This program provides enrollment communications and enrollment capabilities through an electronic exchange of carrier eligibility, electronic update of client payroll files, and preparation of carrier bills.
  • HR day-to-day duties have been greatly reduced, and the department can now focus on more important things.
