Case Study :: Catastrophic Loss Due to Fire

Challenge:

A large international distributor had a major fire at one of their European locations that threatened to put them out of business.

What We Did:

• Acted as the liaison between the insurance company and the adjuster in Europe.
• Helped our client produce the proper documentation in a timely fashion, and were able to obtain an initial check for several hundred thousand dollars within 10 days of the fire.

Results:

• Our legwork allowed this company to stay in business by providing them with their insurance proceeds fast enough to cover their operating expenses until their warehouse could be rebuilt and restocked.
• The final check, over 400K, was in the client's hand within 45 days. Due to our aggressive claims department we were able to help keep this client in business.
